Surfing at Anglesea 15 - 16/11/2003

November every year, the Emmerton Rangers unit run a surfing weekend at Anglesea. Deb, Zoe and Chris headed down in the stinking 38 degree heat of Saturday. They staying at a house the Rangers had rented for the weekend (very nice). The lessons were on Sunday, so they spent the day relaxing, and had fish and chips for dinner, as the pub was fully booked.

The lessons were non-refundable, and a few people had pulled out, so Sunday morning Zoe and Chris went down for an extra lesson that someone else paid for. Chris was stuffed after being thrown around by the surf for 4 hours, but managed to stand up, and kinda surf. The weather was cooler on the Sunday and the waves were much better.
